The garage is not usable for vehicles to park in, however you may store your beach gear and anything else you need kept out of the elements during your stay!
$250 pet fee per pet, per month requested separately after booking for stays of 28+ nights.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit are required (sec dep only required for stays of 28+ nights).
Pack-n-play, baby bath, and baby monitor are available by request only prior to arrival.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
